This workshop helps you engage with the tension between awakening and overwhelm. It looks at how individuals and communities respond when familiar narratives fall away, and how easy it is to slip into isolation, defensiveness, or numbness. Against that pull, it asks a quieter, more demanding question: what allows us to stay connected—to our bodies, to one another, and to a broader sense of humanity—when facing what hurts?
