Small Group Registration

To register for a small group, please read the information below and sign the coaching agreement. Once I receive this I will forward you payment information. Cost of group participation is $250 for 8 weeks, which can be paid in 2 or 4 installments. If payment is upfront, cost is $200.

Please note, at this time I cannot offer sliding scale. However if you would like to sponsor a participant, please let me know. And if you are very interested but can’t afford it at this time, please let me know as well - because if sponsorship is available, I will let you know.
